I design learning solutions based on the needs of the company and its target goals. I like to keep the target audience at the center of my development process and think creatively while using Adult Learning Principals to achieve effective learning and results that not only benefit and create behavior changes in the learners, but also develop learning solutions that use a combination of scenario-based learning, interactivity, and gamification. There are many solutions for companies that can take the form of eLearning, Microlearning, VILT, ITL, and Blended learning. This makes sure the learners gain the knowledge they can use that improves job performance and gives them applicable tools they can use in their current roles.
